First, install FileZilla software to on your local PC. You can download the software from the following link http://filezilla-project.org/download.php.
Open the FileZilla software and enter your hosting information. Host name will your domain or IP address, Username will your FTP username and password will your FTP password than click connect button.
After successfully login FTP find the subdirectory “www” or “public_html” or even the default directory that you see when you log into your FTP site.
On the FTP software left site will show your local computer files. Just find the file and doubleclick on the file which file you would like to upload on your web hosting server.
After processing the file will uploaded on you web hosting server.
